The 26-year-old and 13-year-old Hurricane Corduroy, a resident of a home in Oregon in the northwestern United States, officially became the world’s oldest janitor, according to the Guinness Book of Records.
The green-eyed lion and the two black-mingled dragons carried the title after the death of Tiffany Toe in June of 26 years and 204 days.
The Guinness Book of Hearts congratulated Cordoury for his long life as the average life of the pussy is about 15 years.
“The secret is that I have made him live a life of hunting and a lot of love,” said Ashley Reid Okura, a resident of Sisters, Oregon.
Correroy, especially cheddar, adores the Guinness Book of World Heritage.
To celebrate his new title, his companion bought a mouse. Okura was getting a whale when he was seven. He was born on August 1, 1989.
The record for the largest is from a US cat who lived in Texas, in the southern United States, who died of 38 years and three days.
